Caroline was a friend of mine years ago, and sadly we had lost touch for a while. We worked together as deicing partners with Northwest, and spent many hours and days together getting to know each other. Melissa was her world and I’m sure her grandchildren were as well. She was an amazing soul and she will be dearly missed. Praying for peace and comfort for you Melissa, and James, during this time of grief. God bless you.

Caroline referred to me as "little one". She embraced me the first day she started at HAP and I was tasked to be her "unofficial trainer". We became immediate friends. She was always encouraging me and cheering me on as I navigated through life. I appreciate the Angel on Earth that she was to me and how she gave me motherly advice. I will forever remember her and I am glad that God allowed us to cross paths. I pray for peace for Jim and Melissa.

I am sorry for your loss. Caroline was such a great co-worker and will miss her dearly. I had the pleasure of working with her at HAP when she first started, and at the same time, she helped me with my grief when my yellow lab passed away + located a dog breeder for me to get a new lab a short while later. Truly a friend to me and I will never forget her.
