Beloved wife of Dan. Loving mother of Kyle Mazur, Jake Mazur and her dog; Tyson. Dearest Daughter of Frank (Cindy) Jacques. Dear sister of Frank (Lisa) Jacques, Johnny Jacques, Dawn (Bryan) Craddock, Mary (Daniel) Collins, June (Joe) Swift, Amanda Jacques, and Aunt of Savanah Swift, Lindsey (Phil) Schwochow, Eric (Veronica) Craddock, Shane Kelly, Blake Kelly, Richard Jacques Jr., and Noah Jacques. Aunt and Godmother of Abby Jacques. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maelouise Jacques, sister Shari, and brother Richard.
