Obituary of M. Barch
October 6, 1936 - September 10, 2025
M. Hellen Barch. Age 88.
Beloved wife of the late Jerome Barch. Loving mother of Ed (Debbie) Summers, Elaine (Dennis) Hedges, Lisa (Norm) Wheeler and Sidney (Dawn) Devereaux. Cherished grandmother of Blake, Jack, Shanna, Raina (Adam), Roy (Samara), Zack (Amber), Courtney (Cory) and Katrina. Great grandmother of 12. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Emma Fain and her siblings Geneva (Cletus), Grace (Wally), Jesse (Clifford) and Tony. She loved to garden, ski, sail and swim. She was an avid bowler, belonged to the Thunderbird Ski Club and enjoyed traveling. She retired to Florida in 1990 where she enjoyed golfing, activities at the Moose Lodge and a lot of resale shopping. Mary had endless energy and will be dearly missed.

John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936.
