Beloved mother of Kenneth (Sandra) Moore, Donald Moore and Elena (Brian) Rowe. Loving grandmother of Tiffany, Sydney, Billy, Reagan and Hunter. Preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Flora Shields, siblings Betty, Phyllis, Bill and Robert.
