Family Tribute ~
Wilma always wanted to be a Wife and Mother. She married her sweetheart Melvin in 1971 in a small ceremony at the Justice of the Peace. She carried and loved four Daughters, she lost Rebecca Jo and never healed from that. Our sweet Wilma had a total of 8 Grandbabies and one Great Grand, that were her life. Her Grandbabies brought her so much happiness and love.
She loved all children and never wanted to see a child suffer or go without hence her love and multiple donations over the years to St. Jude. She always had extra Christmas presents at the ready and wrapped for any child that entered her home during her beloved Christmas Eve parties. She was a beacon of light in our lives and was always ready for a BIG HUG and to tell you how she was proud of you. There was never a doubt in any of our minds that she loved us tremendously. While we are very sad that she has left us for the next life, we know that she is very much safe with her parents, siblings and of course her sweet baby that she never got to hold. She's no longer in any pain and any sadness that she carried dissolved as she left. She will be sadly missed by many because she touched so many lives with love and care while she was here.

Our History
John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936. He had a strong work ethic and believed that you should never stop learning...
