Joan C. Dye. Age 85 of Woodhaven
Joan Dye, beloved wife of the late John Dye. Loving mother of Ray Dye and his wife Betsy, and Gail Detroyer, wife of the late Gary Detroyer. Cherished grandmother of Kristin (Robert), Matthew, Eric, Melissa, and the late Shannon. Proud great-grandmother of John and Joseph. Also survived by her sister Nancy. Joan will also be deeply missed by her beloved fur baby, Rusty.
Joan found joy in sewing, crocheting, gardening, reading, watching her favorite soap operas, traveling, and making the most of her Kohl’s Cash. She will be remembered for her loving heart, warm spirit, and the many special memories she created with family and friends.

John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936.
