Family Tribute ~

Sandy Teper, a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother, entered into the peace of Christ after a long and courageous battle with cancer. For more than fifteen years she faced her illness with strength, grace, and an unwavering faith that inspired everyone who walked beside her.

Sandy’s greatest joy in life was her family. She adored her husband, her children, and especially her grandchildren, whose laughter and milestones brought her endless happiness. After losing the love of her life just one year ago, she spoke often of how deeply she missed him. Today, we take comfort in knowing they are reunited.

A hard worker all her life, Sandy built her days around caring for her home and the people she loved. She spent many years as a hairdresser and later cleaned homes, forming friendships and touching lives with her kindness and reliability. She believed in doing things the right way, giving her best, and showing up for others.

Sandy loved simple joys: bowling with friends, playing card games, playing left right center dice game, playing never get mad marble game, and taking trips that filled her heart. Disney World was her happy place, and she cherished her visits to Frankenmuth—especially Bronner’s and chicken dinners at the Bavarian Inn. These traditions became memories her family will hold forever.

Her faith was the quiet strength beneath everything she did. Through her example, Sandy taught us how to be good people, how to look for the good in others, how to love life even when it is hard, and how to trust God with all our hearts.

Though our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the years we were blessed to share with her. May you rest now, Mom, in the peace of Christ, reunited with Dad, and held in the arms of the God you loved so deeply.
