This made me think of Uncle Bill--I think he probably had this thought often before going to sleep at night, in spite of his challenges. He was upbeat whenever I saw him, engaged with life.
My brother when he was three. The supposed helmet is really a knit cap. He doesn't appear to like being photographed professionally in this outfit. I was six and very jealous of him at that time because he was a boy and got lots of attention.
