Our graphic designers have a passion for helping families create a unique, personalized and meaningful service that honors your loved one's life. Personalizing your loved one's visitation room is encouraged. Many families choose to bring in picture boards, set up memory tables, or bring in items that help tell their loved one's unique story. We offer many distinctive services such as custom casket panels, bagpipers, dove release, military honors, one of a kind floral arrangements, personalized memorial printing and keepsakes.

PRIVATE FAMILY LOUNGES
Every family will have their own lounge area with a comfortable setting where you will always the amenities of home. We provide our families with coffee, tea, microwave/refrigerator usage and ample counter space to arrange beverages and snacks for your family and friends.
ON-SITE RECEPTIONS
If you choose to have a reception on-site, we will assist with catering options, whether it be our caterer or one of your choice. Our catering choices include a variety of options including anything from simple hor d'ourves to a complete meal selection.
We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the funeral homes. Each chapel is equipped with large flat screen televisions and state-of-the-art DVD and music systems to help families honor their loved one through video tributes and/or special musical selections. Our buildings are handicap accessible with all of our chapels and lounges located on the first floor. The parking lot is well lit and offers ample spaces for all of your guests.

Our History
John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936. He had a strong work ethic and believed that you should never stop learning...
