Obituary of Paul Frederick Urchick
August 17, 1959 - April 6, 2020
Paul Frederick Urchick. Age 60 of Brownstown.
Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Amy Urchick (Kim Stamper) and the late Meagan Urchick. Dearest son of Paul and Rebecca Urchick. Dear brother of Janet (Rick) Benesh, Charles (Shelly) Urchick, Becky Johnson, Nicholas Urchick and John Urchick. Grandfather to Lauryn, Jordon and Anna. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Paul was a dedicated husband, son and brother to a large family. He worked for many years in the auto industry, including GM and American Axle. Paul was also world class competitor in power lifting, winning the world title in Austria in 1998, while making friends around the world with his humor and love of life. Paul will be remembered by family and friends as a man with a fierce spirit that was larger than life, who loved family and friends with an enormous heart and had a gracious kindness toward all who knew him. Our hearts will forever miss him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Mesothelioma Research at Karmanos Cancer Institute in the name of Paul Urchick. Contribution notifications may be sent to Maria at MUrchick@comcast.net.
