Obituary of Mario E. Vazquez
August 14, 1955 – May 9, 2020
Mario Ernesto Vazquez. Age 64 of Romulus.
Beloved husband of Deborah Vazquez. Loving father of Salina Cruz, Marla Cruz, Manuel Patino, Anita Velez and Anthony Woods. Dear son of Maria Vazquez. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Mario was raised in Southwest Detroit. He was very strong in his faith and very family oriented. He cherished and enjoyed every moment he was able to spend with his family. Mario also enjoyed collecting coins and cards. He was a member of the Salvation Army, Wayne Westland Corps and a member of NA, where he volunteered his time as a sponsor. Mario was a kind-hearted man and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936. He had a strong work ethic and believed that you should never stop learning...
