Dearest grandfather of Haley Dowell, Hannah Dowell, Morgan Dowell, Madison Dowell, Leland Digue, Serenity Digue, Andrew Smith, Gracelynn Cioccio and Nicholas Cioccio. Dear brother of Roy (Dawn) Smith, Tommy (Carrie) Woodby, the late Tony (Terri) Smith, Glenda Jones, Ginny (Tim) Kennedy and Jeff Smith.
