Geraldine E. Chadwick. Age 65 of Wyandotte.
Beloved wife of Ronald Chadwick for 45 Years. Loving mother of the late Thomas Chadwick, Mark (Stormy) Chadwick, Eileen (Jon) Thomas and Christina (Tony) Metzoian. Dearest grandmother of Adam, Lindsey, Olivia, Zoe, Grace, Wyn and Kailey. Also survived by four sisters and three brothers.
Family Tribute
Geraldine will always be remembered as a passionately stubborn, loving, and genuine soul. Wherever she went, light followed. She grew up in a family of 10 brothers and sisters. She later started a family of her own. Whether or not you were blood, she would love you and take you in as her own.
Geraldine loved attending to her gardens, playing cards, BINGO, family vacations, shopping, collecting crystals, soap operas, reading, and playing on her tablet.
Once Geraldine’s Aunt told a story of seeing her at age 5 standing on the oven door cooking herself something to eat. This must have been one of the things that lead her to be such a good cook.
Geraldine was a 2-year breast and lymph node cancer survivor. She also fought asthma for over 50 years.
Geraldine was always there when you needed her and gave you her wisdom whether you wanted it or not. She loved spoiling her grandkids. She was very smart, loved making people smile, and always had a story to tell.
We are sorely going to miss her with all of our hearts.
