Family Tribute
David was born in Dayton, Ohio and lived in Virginia until his family moved to Michigan in the early 1950s, where he put his roots downriver (living in Lincoln Park, Riverview, Flat Rock and lastly Brownstown since 1990). David studied at RETS Electronic Schools, and made his career working in the parts and service division at Ford Motor Company for 30 years, retiring in 1999. He was always tinkering with electronics, and could fix just about anything. David loved music (primarily playing the guitar and singing), and played in a local band named the Starliners in the late 1980s/early 1990s. He loved playing and recording songs in his home-made "band room" with his friends and children. With a lifelong passion for motorcycles, David owned several Harley Davidson bikes throughout the years.
