Family Tribute ~
Eddie graduated from high school in 1953. He played drums in high school and while serving in the National Guard.
Eddie enjoyed watching all sports, played golf for most of his life and bowled for many years. He loved scratch off lottery tickets, going to the casino and playing bingo. He also enjoyed going on vacation, which included going on cruises and up north to our place to go fishing. Eddie liked to help me with my crafts. He enjoyed painting rocks and going to the craft shows. He was very active in the Fraternal Order of Eagles and his union. Eddie would drive Terri and I to go shopping, drop us off at the door and pick us up when we were done. He called it driving Miss Daisy.
Eddie owned a gas station many years ago (Clark Oil). He also worked for Federal Screw Works in Romulus for 35 years, retiring in 1995.
Eddie was a kind man and always treated everyone he met with respect. He will be remembered for the great person he was, so easy going and easy to get along with.
