Beloved wife of Jeffrey Daly. Loving mother of Brandon, Christina, Brittany and Kaysey. Dearest grandmother of Adam and Riley. Loving daughter of James and Esther Phelps.
Cremation will take place at The On-Site Crematory located within the Molnar Funeral Homes - Brownstown Chapel.
