Obituary of Joan Marie McGhee

Joan Marie McGhee. Age 65 of Riverview.
Beloved wife of the late Willard McGhee. Loving mother of Steve (Sylvia) Blumberg, Jennifer Blumberg, Matthew (Rebecca) McGhee and the late Robert Blumberg. Dear sister of Richard Underwood, Floyd Underwood, Karl Underwood, Corbin Lee Blankenship and Cathy Graver. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
FAMILY TRIBUTE
Joan Marie McGhee (Underwood) was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on May 24, 1952 to Richard and Ruby Underwood. She grew up in Carlton, Michigan with her 10 siblings and attended Airport High School. In 1969 and after school, she had her first born, Robert Anthony Blumberg. Her life proceeded on with the birth of her 2nd son, Steve Alan Blumberg, in 1974, then her daughter, Jennifer Lee-Ann Blumberg, in 1983, and her son Matthew McGhee in 1992. Joan enjoyed being an at home mother and loved a clean house, family, cooking, and having coffee with friends. She was a very giving, happy, strong person, who took pride in everything she did here on Earth. Joan is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband Willard McGhee, eldest son Robert, several siblings and will be greatly missed.
