Family Tribute
Diane attended McCann Elementary, Davidson Middle school and graduated from Southgate High. She worked at Allen Drugs, Frank Nursery, Wyandotte Industrial, Medicos Nursing Home, and retired from Presbyterian Village. She was an activities director at the two nursing homes, which was a perfect fit for her overflowing creativity. She taught ceramics and enjoyed woodworking, crochet, plastic canvas, beads and much more. She loved Halloween, she made tons of costumes for adults and children. Everyone would call her for a Halloween costume. There wasn’t much she couldn’t do.
She was a very loving and caring person who would do anything she could for you.
We lost a mother, nana, and a friend, we haven’t lost her wisdom because she was also a patient and caring teacher to all, and role model to many.
She was full of love, full of life with a thirst for adventure, very well traveled and will be missed dearly.
We will love you forever.
