Marjorie B. (Carr) Ford. Age 93 of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, formerly of Southgate.
Marjorie was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada to Emily Dean Portman (Hamilton) and Herman A. Portman. She passed in the early morning hours on August 13, 2022 at the Roper Hospice Cottage in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Beloved wife of the late Thomas Carr and the late Gary Ford. Loving mother of Tom (Charlene) Carr, Trish (Jim) Francis, Linda Mayrand, David (Eileen) Carr, Dan (Nancy) Carr and Greg (Kathy) Carr. Dearest grandmother of 14, great grandmother of 15, great great grandmother of 1 (with another on the way). Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and 2 sisters in law. Preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister and 3 brothers and grandson, Gregory Carr.
She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936. He had a strong work ethic and believed that you should never stop learning...
