Family Tribute ~

Ruthie enjoyed roller skating, which is where she met her late husband, Robert.  They raised their family of 4 in River Rouge, MI.

Throughout her career, Ruthie had worked at the Penobscot Building in Detroit, Dime Store in Delray, and finished her career by retiring from Southwest Hospital in 1997.

Ruthie loved to make home cooked meals for her family and enjoyed having Sunday family dinners.  She looked forward to the Christmas holidays, with all the decorations and lights.  She enjoyed going to Holland for the Tulip Festival and taking the grandchildren to the Prehistoric Forest in Irish Hills.
