Sam Wesley. Age 21 of Lincoln Park.
Beloved daughter of Rachael and Eric. Loving sister of Kayla (Chad), Chase, Devante, Sharde’ and Ericka. Beloved niece of Alicia. Also survived by nephew Cayden; grandparents, Steve (Randy) and Teresa (Mike); and cousin D.J.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial keepsake item of one's choice, or a memorial contribution be made in Sam's memory to the Dominique Fisher Foundation.
