Family Tribute

Jennifer was a lifelong resident of New Boston, Michigan. She graduated in 1990 from Huron High School and attended Henry Ford Community College for her Associate’s Degree. Jenny worked in the Automotive Industry for 25 years holding various positions. Growing up, Jennifer was very involved in 4-H where she showed her horse, Major, and dog, Buster. She was a member of the school’s Equestrian team. They were state champions in 1988 and divisional champions in 1989. She had a love for animals like no other, which you can also see in her children.

Jennifer loved to be outdoors working on her garden and yard. She would always take pictures of different plants on her travels with her kids that she wanted to incorporate into her garden. She loved flowers and butterflies. Her favorite flowers were the Peonies and Irises our mother planted in front of her house. Her greatest accomplishment in life was being a mother to her three beautiful children: Kendra, Ashly, and Ashton. She loved her children endlessly and would go without to make sure they always had what they needed.

We are comforted that Jennifer’s loving & giving spirit lives on in the hearts of her three beautiful children. This became so apparent to us all when we started discussing Gift of Life with them. Jennifer’s gifts through her children have potentially saved 4 complete strangers' lives. This just shows us that God heard our prayers for a miracle. Although we didn’t get what we asked for, other miracles have happened from our prayers through the act of love through Jennifer’s children!

Jennifer will always be our “little sister”. We will miss you terribly.
