Obituary of Frank Marschall
December 3, 1922 – January 30, 2018
Frank Marschall, Age 95 of Southgate.
Beloved husband of Margaret Marschall. Loving father of Nancy (Robert) Anderson. Dearest grandfather of Samantha Taylor. Also survived by the Taylor family and many nieces and nephews. Frank was the last surviving of 7 children.
FAMILY TRIBUTE
Frank was blessed with family, extended family and friends throughout his life. He was a sweet and kind man who was always smiling. He lived “You reap what you sow”. Frank was a long time member of St Cyprian Catholic Church in Riverview.
Frank entered Navy Seabee Unit CBMU 539 during WWII serving in the South Pacific. After the war he married Margaret, November, 1946...71 years married. He worked as a carpenter and finish carpenter from 1947-1985 through Union Local 1234.
Frank golfed with the Southgate Seniors and did so into his late 80’s. He was a longtime member of the Allen Park/Taylor Gun Club, and a member of Wyandotte American Legion Post 217.
He had a wonderful life and will be missed by many.
