Valerie Klasen. Age 79 of Southgate.
Beloved wife of Douglas Klasen. Loving mother of Michael (Dawn) Garner, Jeffrey (Charles) Garner, and Jennifer (Todd) Kauffman. Dearest grandmother of Michael (Courtnie) Garner, Kimberly Garner, Rory Kauffman, and Lily Kauffman. Great grandmother of Grayson and Jaxson Garner. Dear sister of Dorothy, Christine, and Emma. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Omie Hillard; first husband Earl Garner, Jr.; and siblings Jim, Glen, Ida, Andrew, and Shirley.
In her spare time, Valerie enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo, and in her younger years loved bowling.
