Donald “Doc” Radakovich. Age 62 of Trenton.
Dearest uncle of Courtney (Joseph) Pinson-Russell, Lindsey (Jason) Manning, Joshua (Maria) Pinson, Frankie O’Mara, Kelly O’Mara, Michael Radakovich, Matthew Radakovich and Ryan Radakovich. Dear great-uncle of Alexis, Braydon, Katelynn, Ellie, Joseph, Danielle and Lily. Lifelong friend of The Clones. Preceded in death by parents Dan and Dorothy Radakovich and siblings Diane O’Mara and Michael Radakovich.

Donald “Doc” Radakovich was born in Wyandotte, Michigan to Serbian parents Dusan and Dorothy Radakovich. He was raised in Wyandotte, Michigan with his sister Diane and brother Michael. Donald’s dynamic personality led to lifelong friends from the earliest moments of his life, with friendships lasting from kindergarten and every phase of his life; forging the strongest of bonds with his friends-in-adventure The Clones. Donald was an unparalleled uncle and is endlessly loved by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews whom he nurtured and has left an indelible mark.
Donald conquered studies at Eastern University of Michigan, attaining his Bachelors Degree and pursued a career in the medical field. He excelled in quality assurance of medical devices, and assisted with the engineering of life-giving artificial devices. Donald became essential in his field, reaching senior staff status and supervising a team of dedicated quality technicians with Medtronic, as well as MiniMed and Baxter before.
His passion included history, music, television and film. His favorite films included Spartacus, Vertigo, and countless others. Perhaps his greatest hobby was science fiction and comics. Donald enjoyed Star Trek from its inception, as well as the affiliated films and shows. He began reading comics at a young age, leading to a lifetime passion. Some of his favorite comics included Wolverine, Batman, Doctor Strange, Doctor Doom, and the Punisher.
A full accounting of Donald’s tale would take many volumes. His friends and family will forever cherish his memory and the impact he has had on those lucky enough to have had our time with him.
