Family Tribute ~
Cheryl enjoyed life and made friends everywhere she went, including her husband that she married in 1981. She loved giving people a hard time, joking around, and making people laugh. Cheryl enjoyed playing bingo, which was her number one priority on Thursdays with her girlfriends. She also loved camping, crafting, gardening, going to the casino, shopping, and eating at different restaurants with friends and/or family. Cheryl was a proud aunt and often took care of all her nieces and nephews.
Cheryl took pride in graduating from Theodore Roosevelt High’s Class of 1976, holding on to some of those friendships with fellow classmates over the years. She also prided herself in the work she put in at the VFW Post 9363, often working in the kitchen and as the barmaid, later becoming Madam President of the Women's Auxiliary. There are so many wonderful things that could be said of Cheryl but so little space to write an eternity of things said and done and so many people's hearts she had touched. We all know she will be truly missed and is so very much loved!!
Following interment at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, a reception will be held at the Flat Rock VFW 9363, 25570 Telegraph Road, Brownstown Charter Township, MI 48314.
