Family Tribute ~
Jeremy Daniel Caufield Jr., a miracle from the moment he drew his first breath on December 22, 1968, quietly took his last breath on January 14, 2025 surrounded by family and friends. He was 56 years old.
To say Jeremy was resilient feels inadequate. He faced so much in his life, hurdles that would have broken many, yet he never faltered, never complained. He simply kept going with a strength that was both humbling and inspiring. He was quite simply, the kindest, most generous, most dependable man many of us have ever known.
Jeremy had a great love for his family – a love that wasn’t confined by blood, but embraced a vast network of friends who were his chosen family. This time, sadly, his fight wasn’t enough, and the world feels a little colder without him. The void he leaves behind is a testament to the richness of his life and the profound impact he had on all who knew him.
Jeremy will be deeply, achingly missed.
