Obituary of Roberto Isaac Hinojosa
October 22, 1952 – August 2, 2018
Roberto I. Hinojosa. Age 65 of Berlin Township.
Beloved husband of Cynthia Hinojosa. Loving father of Charity Bukoski, Tina Amos, Amanda Heilig, Isaac Hinojosa and Mariah Hinojosa. Dearest brother of Ruth Gonzales, the late Virginia Yapo, the late Sandy Murray and the late Gary Hinojosa. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Family Tribute
Roberto was loved by everyone he ever spoke with. He was a trucker who loved driving during the day but at night he was a musician. We called him a Jack of All Trades, Mr. Fix it and he had a love for cars and motorcycles. We will also remember him for being a great chess player. Roberto loved to cook breakfast for the family and we even would said that he put drops of love into the food he cooked. One time he even woke the whole family up by banging on pots and pans. He loved being around kids. When the children were young Roberto loved to take the riding lawn mower and utility trailer picking up people around the neighborhood and giving them rides.
Roberto and Cynthia were married for 30 years and their anniversary was on December 23rd, right around Christmas time which happened to be his favorite holiday. During the winter time they would go out and give the homeless things, like crocheted hats, scarfs, snacks, etc. Because of his love of music and driving, Cindy and him owned a limo service, and he was a DJ too. Roberto was always willing to help anyone that needed it. We will miss hearing him say Only the strong survive and That’s how we roll.
