FAMILY TRIBUTE
All may rest assured that Rita our mother, grandmother sister, aunt and friend to so many is finally where she wants to be! God has rewarded her life of goodness, sweetness, caring and ENDLESS prayers with a peaceful transition directly to heaven. She was a humble soul and although she would deny it, she lived a saintly life and for her boundless devotion to her faith and dedication to others, she was simply loved by all who knew her. Rita was first and above all a “Great Wife and Mother” A gifted “Artist” she not only found great joy in teaching others, she shared her works far and wide, almost before the paint dried. Her Creativity spanned mediums of paintings, wood burning, sculpting, and she particularly found great satisfaction in the restoration of religious artifacts. “If it was a hard surface, it deserved and needed a painting. “ Rita balanced her life well and without pause put her family and friends first. In the latter years of her good life....Rita slowed her paintings, closed her “old world” bakery and devoted her time to prayer! RITA WILL BE MISSED!
