Beloved wife of the late William Joseph Kiel, II. Loving mother of Randy Norman, Lisa Ball, Debralee Benson and the late William Joseph Kiel III. Dearest grandmother of Alexandra Norman, Owen Ball, Jewels Rex, Annabelle Benson and Michael Fettig. Dear sister of Frank Mendoza, the late Robert Mendoza, Richard Mendoza, Bill Mendoza and Tina Mendoza.
