Obituary of Frank F. Emond

Frank F. Emond. Age 78 of Wyandotte.
Dearest son of the late Elaine and the late Byron Emond. Dear cousin of Patricia Quick Bowen, Kathleen Quick Pierson and Deborah Quick Umlauf and their families. Frank was a life-long resident of Wyandotte, Michigan, and a 1958 graduate of Wyandotte Roosevelt High School. As a “tin can” sailor on the USS Du Pont, a naval destroyer, Frank was extremely proud of his service in the United States Navy. Frank was employed at United States Steel Corporation in the safety department where he was a foreman. He passed away peacefully at Henry Ford Village early Wednesday morning. Frank bravely fought Alzheimer’s disease for the past two years.
