Loving father of Jason James Urban and Heather Marie Urban. Dearest grandfather of Kale Ashton Louis Urban, Race Allen Curtis Urban, Jonathan Julius Urban and William James Urban. Preceded in death by parents Julius and Evelynn Urban.
