Marian Rose Revard. Age 86 of South Rockwood.
Marian Rose Revard was born on August 30, 1933. She was the 4th child of 6 children born to Fred and Lucille Van Wassehnova. Marian grew up on a farm in South Rockwood.
Marian met her husband Russ while he was working at the farm of Charles and Marian Roelant.
Marian and Russ were married at St. Mary Church in Rockwood on November 7, 1953. They made their home in South Rockwood. From this union, they had 4 children: Linda, Theresa, David and Diane, along with 3 sons-in-law: Bob, Dennis and Jeff. They have 4 grandsons: Chris, Ryan, David, and Eric. They have 6 great grandchildren: Cassy, Connor, Whitney, Charlotte, Avery and Ethan. When Russ passed away July 27, 2017, they had been married for 63 years.
Marian was a dedicated homemaker to her family. She was very handy around the house, and could fix just about anything. She was a very good cook and baked many special treats.
Marian enjoyed crocheting, sewing, crafts, gardening and going to the casino.
Marian, along with Russ, strived to fix, repair, or rebuild whatever needed attention. They always worked side by side to get all of their projects done.
