Billy Rayburn Miller. Age 79 of New Boston.
Loving husband of Sibyle Miller. Dearest father of 8. Dear grandfather of 20. Great grandfather of 13. Billy was a self-employed carpenter for over 50 years. He was passionate about God, family and animals. Billy was known to go above and beyond for his family and friends. He enjoyed playing the piano, gardening and feeding the deer in their back yard. Billy was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
