Loving wife of Edward Dereniewski. Dearest mother of Michael (Marie) Dereniewski and Lori (Brian) Pawlik. Dear grandmother of Emilia Dereniewski, Adeline Dereniewski, Daphne Pawlik, Phoebe Pawlik and Mallory Pawlik. Preceded in death by parents Anthony and Marie DeFazio and sister Theresa Wilson.
